Picas.tech (“Picas,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is committed to turn your photos into artwork with an easy, wonderful and fun way. Just choose or take a photo and apply a filter to it. One more step is to share your artwork and Picas.tech with your friends!

This Picas.tech Online Privacy Statement applies to information collected by Picas.tech through the majority of its websites and services, as well as its offline product support services (collectively, the “Service”). This policy does not apply to those sites, services and products that do not display or link to this statement, or that have their own privacy statements.

1.What Information We Collect

For providing our services, we may use the following Information related to you:

User Content (e.g., photos and other materials) that you post through the Service. Communications between you and Picas.tech.

Camera and Photos:

• Many of our services require us to access your device’s camera and photos. We’ll access your camera and photos only after you give us your consent.

Collected Information:

• Information about your device including device ID, apps of the third party installed on the device, manufacturer of the device, internet history and bookmarks, screen size and model of the device, the mobile network you use but not the phone number.
• Information we collected as you use our services, such as certain Log Data and public information.

Log Data is technical information that is automatically collected by us when you use our services, including:

• Error log and a DUMP file automatically generated when an unexpected error occurs or an application crashes; and We do not collect your personal identifiable information when you using our product, such as name, phone number, physical address.

These information is collected to help us to provide services and support, and to help us solve the technology problems you are experiencing. By sending the related information to us, you agree to share them with Picas.tech. If you do not want to share the information with Picas.tech, you can just uncheck the related option or close the related window. We will use any such information only when providing individual support or assistance, and will not retain such information any longer than necessary for this purpose. We promise that we will never publish or share any of your personally identifiable information outside Picas.tech, nor allow anyone else to use it to contact your for marketing purposes without your consent.

2.How We Use the Information We Collect

In addition to some of the specific uses of information we describe in this Privacy Policy, we may use information that we receive to:

• to provide our services to you;
• to find out the reason that the error occurred or app crashed and improve the quality of the product;
• to better understand how you access and use our services, for the purposes of trying to improve our services and to respond to customer desires and preferences;
• including language and location customization, personalized help and instructions, or other responses to your and other customers’ usage of our services;
• to help us develop our new services and improve our existing services;
• to assess the effectiveness of and improve advertising and other marketing and promotional activities on or in connection with our services;

3.How We Store Your Information

During the transmitting, all your data will be secured by SSL/TLS. Each image in service will be secured with FEDS encryption algorithm which is exclusive from Picas.tech. And each image is encrypted with the highest level of 2048bit random password. Any hackers and even our own staff can not be allowed to access these secured data.

No one can guarantee, and we do not guarantee, that your personal information is completely secure at all times. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information to protect it against unauthorized access or use. If a password is used to help protect your accounts and personal information, it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you are sharing a computer with anyone you should always choose to log out before leaving a site or service to protect access to your information from subsequent users.

4.How We Share Your Information

We will not rent, reveal or sell all your information to third parties outside Picas.tech (or the group of companies of which Picas.tech is a part) and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates without your consent. Some Picas.tech sites allow you the option to share your personal information with selected Picas.tech partners so that they can contact you about their products, services or offers. Other sites do not share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes, but instead may give you a choice as to whether you wish to receive communications from Picas.tech on behalf of external business partners about a partner's particular offering (without transferring your personal information to the third party).

Some Picas.tech services may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with another company. If you register for or use such services, both Picas.tech and the other company may receive information collected in conjunction with the co-branded services.

Picas.tech cares about children and understand that they have special privacy needs. Therefore, we has adopted the following privacy policy regarding children under the age of 16 years:

• We will NOT collect, use, or distribute to third parties personally identifiable information without prior verifiable parental consent.
• We will NOT entice the child to divulge more information than is needed to participate in any activity, game, or service.
• We will provide the parent a description of the specific types of personally identifiable information collected from their child upon request.
• We will allow the parent to refuse further use or future online collection of personally identifiable information and provide a way for a parent to obtain any personally identifiable information collected from their child.
• We will NOT provide any links to web sites that are unsuitable for children.

In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 16 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 16, please contact us.
